AW: Confirmed bug labels

[Matthias St. Pierre]

I decided to change the 'issue: *' colors to a more 'yelling' cyan color
making the untriaged issues more prominent, and use the more
relaxed blue color for the 'triaged: *' labels instead.

Also added an 'unresolved' label.
