My key activities this month were:

- triage of newly reported issues and responding to questions
- participation on the meetings
- created proposal for OTC policy change process
- created proposal for OTC voting process
- created proposal for release branching policy
- trying to find German or Czech reseller willing to sell us HPE
  Proliant server

- reviews of various PRs:
  - I've reviewed about 50 PRs this month
  - Notable PRs reviewed:
    - Fix ssl_free() and thus BIO_free() to respect BIO_NOCLOSE #16688 
    - EVP: Reverse the fetch logic in all pkey using functionality

    - Fix miscellaneous engine problems

    - Fix short buffer handling #16789

- submitted 12 PRs:
  - In particular:
    - test: fetching proper signature provider for non-exportable keys

I had also 1 day off and there was 1 day national holiday.
