* Development:
  - Don't place any provider DER writer in libfips.a

  - DOC: clarify OPENSSL_API_COMPAT

  - TEST: Add testing of PVK and MSBLOB files to test_store
    (PR openssl/openssl#15980)
  - PROV & STORE: Don't decode keys in the 'file:' store loader
    (PR openssl/openssl#15981)
  - CRYPTO: Remove the check for built-in methods in the export_to function
    (PR openssl/openssl#15996)
  - ASN.1: Refuse to encode to DER if non-optional items are missing [3.0]
    (PR openssl/openssl#16036)
  - Avoid empty lines in nmake rule bodies
    (PR openssl/openssl#16048)
  - EVP: Add EVP_PKEY_get0_provider() and EVP_PKEY_CTX_get0_provider()
    (PR openssl/openssl#16063)
  - EVP: Move setting |keytype| in int_ctx_new() in the legacy section

* Web:
  - Simplify the CDN purge

  - Fix generation of community .inc files

* Internal:
  - Major work on the FIPS buildbot master
* Sysadmin:
  - Decomissioned the Stockholm server
  - Wrote an Administrator Handbook for our staff
