  - Ensure we use the same provider as keymgmt where appropriate

  - EVP: Reverse the fetch logic in all pkey using functionality

  - Fix test/recipes/01-test_symbol_presence.t to allow for stripped libraries

  - Fix test/recipes/01-test_symbol_presence.t to disregard version info
    (PR openssl/openssl#16840)
  - [not_yet_nerged] Fix VMS installation

  - Fix lock leak in evp_keymgmt_util_export_to_provider()

  - Configurations/windows-makefile.tmpl: obj2bin(): use the resource file too

* Web:
  - Update the details of VMS support

  - bin/mk-latest: Treat post 1.x.x releases right

  - Unify source archives

  - Drop source/snapshot/README

* Internal:
  - do-release.pl: don't copy tarballs to /var/www/openssl/source any more
