My key activities this month were:

- triage of newly reported issues and responding to questions
- participation on the OTC meetings
- participation on the QUIC design meetings
- cooperation with Mark and Tim on advertising the new job
  positions and handling the candidates

- reviews of various PRs:
  - I've reviewed about 55 PRs this month
  - Notable PRs reviewed:
    - Provide CPU RNG Support for 64 Bit Arm CPUs #15361
    - Fix EVP_PKEY_eq() to be possible to use with strictly private
keys #16705
    - property: use a stack to efficiently convert index to string
#17325

- submitted 12 PRs:
  - In particular:
    - Fix passphrase prompt in the PVK encoder #17181
    - context_init: Fix cleanup in error handling #17294
    - Avoid shortening the maximum password size when pem_password_cb
calls UI #17320

There was 1 day national holiday and I took additional 5 days off for
the Christmas and New Year.
