      <li>Began implementing the missing EVP_xxx_CTX_dup functions</li>

    </ul>

    <p>This is in addition to the usual nightly meetings, issue triage,

      pull request reviews, responding to questions and some vacation

      days.  The vacation days are why this is early.<br>
