[openssl-users] Changelog inconsistency between 1.0.1l and 1.0.2

The changelog (file CHANGES) in the 1.0.2 tarball contains
some confusingdifferences fromthe one in 1.0.1l.

Specifically:

The 1.0.2 changelog seems to indicate that a few bugs that
were fixed in the 1.0.1 branch were not fixed in the 1.0.2
branch (dtls1_get_record segmentation fault,
dtls1_buffer_record memory leak, no-ssl3 NULL issue,
unverified DH client certificates, BN_sqr bug).

The 1.0.2 changelog also contains a spurious copy of an
incomplete draft of the 1.0.1j changes, sandwiched between
1.0.1h and 1.0.1i.

Please clarify if the missing entries are actually fixed
in 1.0.2 anyway.

Also pleaseclean up any differences that are just typos
before the future 1.0.2arelease.

Enjoy

Jakob
