[openssl-users] Performance problems with OpenSSL and threading

It is this commit 3e47caff4830d2a117eda15b57a5feab89b846ae on master.  A quick check shows that running the patch against 1.0.2 is mostly straightforward, except that the header files moved, so you might need to tweak those.
