[openssl-users] is 1.0.2g meant to be buildable ? missing rc4_md5_enc implementation !

Sometimes either a (1) 'make clean' or (2) './config' clears it. Its
almost like you have to run through the procedure twice to get into a
good state on occasion.

Since its amd64/x86_64, ./config should have no problems, and should
allow you to use ASM.
