[openssl-users] Proper syntax for -header host switch

Does anyone know what the proper syntax is for the undocumented -header host
switch?  I'm getting some different responses/behaviors when I try these:

 

-header "Host" "ocsp.example.com" 

-header 'Host' 'ocsp.example.com' 

-header Host ocsp.example.com
