Duplicate existing SSL_CTX

Hi,

I'm working on a cert+key hot reload feature. Wonder if there is a way to
duplicate an existing SSL_CTX?

The idea would be duplicate the context, change the cert and key it is
using, and then swap the pointers to make it atomic.
