Does the openssl support RFC5755: Group. Role. Access Identify?

Is there a way to implement the different access identity for the different cert? For example, by setting the custom field, then the code the read it from the cert.

As this requires support for Attribute Certificates which is not
currently present in OpenSSL neither RFC 5755 is supported.
