Minimal valid tls session?

Hello,
   what could be the minimal, but valid, tls session?
(with the minimum number of bytes on the wires, but without causing an 
error on the client side)

I mean, just similar to the plain old Discard service, but for tls ;-)

Could this be at the step of theServer Hello Response, or later?

Well, this is probably stupid, but I'm curious...
