License for OpenSSL 3.x version

Hello Team,

As per /source/license.html (openssl.org)<https://www.openssl.org/source/license.html>, OpenSSL 3.x version is covered under Apache 2.0 license .
Does all the jars and libraries for 3.x version are covered under Apache 2.0 only, or any other licenses are also included?
