Please don't, there is no better tool than email to follow-up discussion,
track threads and collaborate.
There were many attempts to replace emails with structured systems, aka
forums, none of them were successful.
In recent years, there is a constant drift from standard communication
methods into proprietary may it be WhatsApp or in this case GitHub, none of
them provide the ability for the user to classify, move, archive, tag,
follow-up as the technology does not allow the user to choose the endpoint
technology.
