openssl: relocation error

I build openssl from source and when i try to generate a key it gives me following error:
openssl: relocation error: /opt/local/bin/openssl: symbol ENGINE_finish version OPENSSL_3.0.0 not defined in file libcrypto.so.3 with link time reference
