-----------
riscv: GCM: dual-license under Apache + 2-clause BSD
To allow re-use of the already reviewed openSSL crypto code for RISC-V in
other projects - like the Linux kernel, add a second license (2-clause BSD)
to the recently added GCM ghash functions.
