[openssl-users] Unable to run Configure for msys/mingw

I don't quite know what symblinks does, but it did not cause problems.
With version 1.0.2h, I get:

$ ./configure shared mingw

Note again - the output is copied exactly as is without deliberate
omission or truncation.
