Dynamic CRL not working when signed by intermediate CA

Hi,

Dynamic CRL not working when signed by intermediate CA when ca-file (Trusted CA certs bundle) includes only the intermediate CA that signed the CRL.

Causing to this the handshake is failing, is there a way to avoid in OpenSSL 1.0.2s-fips  28 May 2019?
