[openssl-dev] [openssl.org #4648] openssl doesn't work on mingw

I tested the following command on fedora 24 and mingw64 (mingw64 installed via git for windows):

openssl genrsa -des3 -out server.key 1024

On fedora, it's instantaneous.
On mingw64, it's stuck before asking the key:

Generating RSA private key, 1024 bit long modulus
..................++++++
....................++++++



On cygwin32, it's instantaneous too.
