Apart from normal business, such as normal reviews, OMC business, OTC
business, attending daily stand up meetings, attending OMC and OTC
meetings, normal system administration tasks, small fixes, etc., key
activities this month:

* Development:
  - [not yet merged] Make configuration (and therefore builds) leaner
  - Fix memleak in test/provider_test.c
* Web:
  - Redirect /policies/codingstyle.html
* Sysadmin:
** Buildbot:
  - Setup `w-debian11-intel` as buildbot worker
** Machinery:
  - log: Create a Debian 11 on arm64 guest
  - log: Create a FreeBSD 13 on x86_64 guest
  - log: set up the coverity guest system
  - Add management network on test.openssl.org
** System configuration:
  - Add a management network VPN
  - network: Fix configuration bugs
  - apache: Reconfigure www.openssl.org/docs as alias to /var/www/docs
  - apache: enable SSI on .html files in /var/www/docs
  - bind: assigned addresses to the coverity guest system
  - bind: Add a Google Workspace verification TXT record to openssl.org
** Other:
  - Create a Debian 11 on arm64 guest on new server
  - Set up the coverity guests system
  - Create a FreeBSD 13 on x86_64 guest on new server
  - Assisted in creating Google Workspace setup for OpenSSL
  - Add an admin HOWTO for adding management network VPN clients

  - Strawman manager policy
